Enlit Europe offers an opportunity to get in touch with key players in the energy industry. Meet potential clients and partners and learn about the latest developments in the sector.
Exhibiting at the Dutch Pavilion is a great chance to increase your visibility at the expo and join forces with other Dutch companies. Enlit Europe takes place from the 18th until the 20th of November in Bilbao this year. The conference and exhibition are focused on the energy transition in Europe. Enlit covers topics like: power generation, transmission & distribution, digitalisation, energy markets, smart energy, renewables and many more topics.
The event will bring together;
- 18.000+ professionals from the entire energy transition value chain like: power generators, IPPs, utilities, grid operators (DSO and TSO), energy companies, retailers, energy markets and energy traders;
- commercial and industrial energy users;
- and more than 1000 exhibitors.

Costs for participating
- €5000 for startups
(max 50 employees or a revenue lower than €500.000) - €7500 for scale-ups
- €12500 for large companies
(200 employees or more)
The prices as stated above are excl. VAT (excluding travel and accommodation).

Travel & Accommodation
Travel and accommodation costs are for you own account. We have made a block booking at two nearby hotels.

After registration, you will receive further information on how to make use of the block booking and on the payment process.
Confirmation of your participation
As we want to ensure participants reach their goals during this event, your registration will be reviewed. We will confirm your registration within 10 working days.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your participation after June 1st, 2025, we will have to charge your company for all costs incurred by InnovationQuarter. This includes the full participation fee, which is determined based on your company size, as well as additional costs as the fee does not fully cover the total costs of organizing this pavilion.
When you complete your registration you agree with these conditions.
