This year, we’re organizing a full-day return trip from the Utrecht Region to visit Gamescom in Cologne. Whether you’re looking to explore the latest in gaming tech, connect with partners, or get inspired by the future of the industry – don’t miss your chance to join us on this exclusive trip.

Travel Overview

We’ll be heading to Cologne with a coach full of game-minded entrepreneurs and professionals. The trip includes a full day at Gamescom and a dinner stop before heading back. The final date will be chosen based on interest.

Provisional Schedule (subject to change):

07:30 – Departure from Utrecht Central Station (Jaarbeurs side, NH Hotel bus parking)
08:15 – Optional pick-up in Den Bosch
11:00 – Arrival at Gamescom, Cologne
18:00 – Departure from Gamescom & dinner at a local restaurant (cash preferred)
21:00 – Return trip to the Netherlands
00:00 – Arrival in Den Bosch
00:45 – Arrival in Utrecht
